About the role
- Acquire and manage your own client base
- Advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline
- Discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies
- Independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment
- Maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist
- Collaborate closely with our international teams and provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live in caregivers if working remotely
- Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care if working in an office
- Enjoy making phone calls and convincing caregivers to join marta
- Personable, open, and communicative personality
- Fluent in Croatian (C2) and either good English or German (>B2)
- Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage
