About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquisition of new clients
- Cold calling
- Conducting initial calls
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and workshops for prospects
- Developing content guides for potential clients and proposing suitable video ideas
- Researching influencers for potential clients
- Creating marketing concepts and identifying growth opportunities for potential clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have sales experience (B2B experience is a plus)
- You are passionate about marketing and social media
- You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
- You enjoy meeting new people and helping others
- You work in an organized way and maintain an overview at all times
- You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
- You learn quickly and pursue independent professional development
- You work on your own initiative and don’t require constant direction
- You are self-reflective
- You are excited to help us build Europe’s largest social media agency
- Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
