About the role

  • Research contact details and potential customers
  • Acquire potential new customers by phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with strangers)
  • Conduct initial needs-analysis conversations via online call or in person
  • Prepare presentations for prospective and existing clients
  • Deliver presentations to clients and conduct sales meetings
  • Organize customer events
  • Build and maintain relationships with your client base
  • Manage and organize the CRM

Requirements

  • You are passionate about marketing and social media
  • You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
  • You enjoy meeting new people and like helping others
  • You work in an organized manner and always keep track of things
  • You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
  • You learn quickly and pursue self-directed learning

  • Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
