About the role
- Research contact details and potential customers
- Acquire potential new customers by phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with strangers)
- Conduct initial needs-analysis conversations via online call or in person
- Prepare presentations for prospective and existing clients
- Deliver presentations to clients and conduct sales meetings
- Organize customer events
- Build and maintain relationships with your client base
- Manage and organize the CRM
Requirements
- You are passionate about marketing and social media
- You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
- You enjoy meeting new people and like helping others
- You work in an organized manner and always keep track of things
- You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
- You learn quickly and pursue self-directed learning
- You work well on your own initiative and don't need constant supervision
- You are a reflective person
- You are eager to help us build the largest social media agency in Europe together
- Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
