About the role
- Searching for contact details and researching potential clients
- Acquiring potential new clients by phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/talking to unfamiliar people)
- Conducting initial discovery calls to assess needs via online call or in person
- Preparing presentations for prospective or existing clients
- Delivering presentations to clients and conducting sales conversations
- Organizing client events
- Building relationships with your client base
- Managing the CRM
Requirements
- You are enthusiastic about marketing & social media
- You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
- You like meeting new people and enjoy helping others
- You work in an organized manner and always keep an overview
- You speak German fluently, both spoken and written (C2)
- You learn quickly and pursue self-directed professional development
- You work well on your own initiative and don’t need constant direction
