About the role

  • Provides advanced analytical, operational, and compliance support for benefits programs
  • Primary ownership of ACA administration, self-insured health plan invoicing, Workday benefits task administration and reconciliations
  • Develops and automates reporting using Excel and Power Query
  • Responds to employee inquiries and resolves help desk tickets promptly and accurately

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • 4–6+ years of progressive benefits experience required
  • Experience with Workday HRIS strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, HSA/FSA/HRA, QMCSO, and nondiscrimination testing
  • Excel mastery: advanced formulas (XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH), nested logic, arrays, pivot tables, Power Query and Power Pivot/Data Model; able to automate and document repeatable reporting; VBA/SQL a plus
