Play a key role in supporting and enhancing TSTC’s Workday Student system to strengthen operational efficiency and improve the overall enrollment experience.
Serve as a knowledgeable Workday resource, responsible for maintaining system accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with configuration to meet evolving enrollment needs.
Ensure data integrity, support end users, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience in Enrollment technology support, preferably in Workday.
Familiarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning reporting tools.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to multiple Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising.
Workday certification or progress toward Workday Pro certification.
