About the role
- Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising.
- Assist in testing system changes and implementing updates or enhancements.
- Maintain business processes and configuration documentation.
- Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance within Workday.
- Create and run basic to intermediate Workday Student reports and dashboards for internal use.
- Respond to and resolve routine Workday Student system issues and service requests.
- Provide support to Enrollment team members and end users.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Enrollment technology support, preferably in Workday.
- Familiarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning reporting tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to multiple Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising.
- Workday certification or progress toward Workday Pro certification.
