About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and development of clients and the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in defined benefit administration
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word
  • MS Access and MS Project proficiency highly preferred
  • Pension-related Calculations experience required
  • Previous experience creating business processes for project implementation
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex issues/data with a high level of clarity and impact
  • Demonstrated previous team lead experience
  • Strong track record of leadership and team development
  • Subject matter expertise in providing expert guidance, resolving complex issues, and driving best practices within the team
