About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discrete workstreams within client engagements addressing complex insurance challenges
  • Support actuarial modernization, process automation, AI-enabled workflows, model transformation, data modernization, and operating model improvement
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify insights, trends, and opportunities
  • Develop, evaluate, and refine actuarial methodologies, assumptions, models, and analyses
  • Advise client stakeholders and translate analytical findings into practical recommendations and executive-ready insights
  • Partner with actuaries, engineers, data scientists, and other specialists to develop scalable technical solutions
  • Own the quality and accuracy of deliverables and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and professional standards
  • Contribute to new actuarial tools, methodologies, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and delivery approaches
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, guide junior colleagues, and contribute to team development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of actuarial experience
  • Commitment to pursuing CAS actuarial credentials
  • Minimum of 5 passed actuarial exams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
  • Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet project objectives and deadlines
  • Experience utilizing AI technologies for modeling and analytics
  • Knowledge of Python, R, and SQL
  • Expected to work in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
