Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least three years of management experience recommended (not required)
  • Lead, train, mentor, and oversee performance for an account management team
  • Coordinate team workload and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and effective support for client needs
  • Partner with account management colleagues to support client retention efforts and generate new personal lines business
  • Contribute to the execution of growth and retention strategies and support achievement of sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, producers, and internal client service teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to complex questions and resolving escalated service issues
  • Deliver best-in-class client service to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen client loyalty
  • Maintain a strong understanding of changing market conditions, industry trends, and client needs
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, professional, and transparency standards in all client and business interactions
