About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for assigned digital products aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align with global and regional objectives
- Investigate processes and outcomes to define digital use cases that improve clients’, carriers’, and colleagues’ ways of working
- Create, prioritize, and manage the digital product demand backlog
- Define actionable items to improve digital product data quality
- Work with technology partners in sprint planning, scrums, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver digital product use cases
- Collaborate with business, technology, and data leaders and teams on product development and delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in digital and insurance sectors
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success, improve adoption, and drive continuous improvement
- Act as the IMEA Digital Product Advocate, ensuring products are user-friendly, accessible, and meet customer needs
- Provide training, coaching, and support to internal teams and clients to improve product utilization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, business administration, data science, or a related field
- 5 years+ of relevant work experience, overall under 15 years of experience
- Experience implementing Digital solutions and embedding these into an organisation’s ways of working
- Strong understanding of Digital technologies and their applications in business
- Proficiency in Digital Solution product management
- Excellent communication including the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience working in fast pace Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centred design methodologies
- Experience with project management and working in cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in the insurance industry or financial services
- Continuous improvement approach
- Think outside of the box and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable and experience working with technology (solutions)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel
