About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform key defined benefit implementation functions
- Contribute to requirements, testing, documentation, and technical specifications
- Identify and resolve issues that could affect delivery quality
- Meet assigned deadlines and support modifications based on client requirements
- Manage deliverables according to the project plan
- Participate in internal status calls
- Participate in external/client status calls
- Facilitate internal and external workshops covering data, plan provisions, communications, and trustee processing
- Train the Delivery team
- Use AI and technology-enabled tools in the work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written communication skills
- Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues affecting accuracy of technical specifications
- Exceptional Excel and Access skills
- Testing experience, including developing and executing test plans
- Ability to articulate why you are a good fit for the position
