About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform key defined benefit implementation functions
Contribute to requirements, testing, documentation, and technical specifications
Identify and resolve issues that could affect delivery quality
Meet assigned deadlines and support modifications based on client requirements
Manage deliverables according to the project plan
Participate in internal status calls
Participate in external/client status calls
Facilitate internal and external workshops covering data, plan provisions, communications, and trustee processing
Train the Delivery team
Use AI and technology-enabled tools in the work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong written communication skills
Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues affecting accuracy of technical specifications
Exceptional Excel and Access skills
Testing experience, including developing and executing test plans
Ability to articulate why you are a good fit for the position
