About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support ongoing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday HR application
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configuration changes
  • Assist with Workday security administration, including role-based access, access reviews, and audit/compliance support
  • Maintain Workday organizational structures aligned with business and HR operating models
  • Perform data governance and validation activities to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity
  • Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions
  • Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, test changes, and support production releases
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Support day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, process streamlining, and user experience enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Technology Analyst supporting Workday
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM configuration, business processes, security, and data structures
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support, including data validation, reporting, audit support, application security, organizational hierarchy management, and data quality/governance processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a small team
  • Understanding of HR processes and data management principles preferred
  • Experience working in a production support or application management environment preferred
  • Familiarity with change management, release processes, and testing methodologies preferred
