Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support colleagues and clients with administration and technical support across the insurance life cycle
  • Produce policy and related documentation accurately, efficiently and on time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar broking or operational role is preferred, ideally in an insurance-related field
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines through effective time management
  • Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Appropriate approval to work in Australia
  • Successful applicants must complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check before commencing employment
