About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the IMEA Operational Risk Consulting leader with execution of key strategic initiatives
Improve the efficiency, consistency and scalability of the IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering practice
Act as the operational hub between leadership, engineers, valuers, business development, finance and regional teams
Support key proposals and pitches
Maintain proposal libraries and templates
Track opportunities and submissions
Maintain the fee benchmark database
Produce monthly IMEA dashboards and revenue, pipeline and utilisation reporting
Prepare executive presentations and leadership packs
Track regional action items and coordinate implementation of strategic initiatives
Escalate delays and maintain accountability
Develop service sheets, capability statements and case studies
Maintain project databases and credential libraries
Compile valuation and engineering data
Create recurring client and management presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering or related degree
7–12 years’ experience in consulting, a professional services accounting firm (Big 4), or similar professional services firm
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Competence in project management
Executive reporting skills
Stakeholder management skills
Proposal development skills
Power BI and Salesforce proficiency
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with internal and external business partners at all levels
Ability to work independently and think critically
Highly organized and commercially minded
Exposure to valuation, risk engineering, or technical advisory environments
Experience imposing structure, pace and rigor across a fast-moving practice
Proven track record owning strategic initiatives, reporting and knowledge assets
Executive-ready communication style
Ability to deliver crisp, high-impact presentations
