About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver survey projects on schedule through job matching, client data collection and verification, report generation, client presentations, simple training sessions, and customer support
- Establish connections with clients’ HR/C&B managers and build and maintain strong client relationships
- Interpret survey findings and provide industry- and location-specific insights and advice
- Participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support
- May lead smaller consulting projects
