About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help resolve issues while working with clients, primarily internal peers, IT departments and suppliers
  • Provide support until tickets are resolved
  • Assist in troubleshooting simple user-reported issues and system-triggered alerts

  • Ability to troubleshoot simple issues reported by users
  • Ability to troubleshoot system-triggered alerts
  • Ability to escalate issues to appropriate technology groups
  • Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
  • Basic knowledge of Change Management processes
  • Ability to create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base content
  • Ability to work in the office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
