About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help resolve issues while working with clients, primarily internal peers, IT departments and suppliers
- Provide support until tickets are resolved
- Assist in troubleshooting simple user-reported issues and system-triggered alerts
- Escalate issues to appropriate technology groups
- Support basic Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management processes
- Ensure support documentation and knowledge base content are complete and maintained
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to troubleshoot simple issues reported by users
- Ability to troubleshoot system-triggered alerts
- Ability to escalate issues to appropriate technology groups
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Basic knowledge of Change Management processes
- Ability to create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base content
- Ability to work in the office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
