About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for identity management systems, including application onboarding, client onboarding and certificate renewals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of applications, clients and certificate renewals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management systems, including onboarding-related issues
  • Monitor system logs and alerts to identify and address potential security or operational issues
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in identity management
  • Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and security
  • Work with cross-functional teams and provide customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of proven experience supporting identity management systems and processes
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including authentication standards and protocols
  • Familiarity with industry-standard identity management tools and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide customer service
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable
  • Prior experience with ADFS and Okta preferred
  • Experience with RSA/Outseer preferred
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On technologies, including Identity Providers, Assertion Consumer Service, Entity ID, Signature Encryption, and Claims/Attributes Management
  • Experience with SAML 2.0, WS-FED, OIDC, and IdP/SP-initiated SSO
