Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the development of the Private Client Insurance department through new business growth and retention
Provide prompt, accurate, professional service and sales to clients, producers, and carriers
Manage multiple priorities efficiently
Communicate with clients clearly and concisely
Identify issues and implement appropriate resolutions
Collaborate with team members and carrier partners to share best practices and increase the knowledge base

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
Self-starter and problem solver
Detailed, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty License required within 3 months of hire
CISR designation required within 3 years of hire
