About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the product lifecycle for digital products and features, from idea generation through to launch, optimisation and retirement
  • Develop and maintain a prioritised product roadmap informed by customer insights, analytics and business strategy
  • Champion customer experience across digital products, with a focus on seamless journeys and high usability
  • Conduct user research and usability studies in collaboration with design, development and research teams
  • Monitor product performance against key metrics and use testing and data insights to improve features and functionality
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, gain support and drive decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience in digital product management or a similar role, ideally including secure portals
  • Experience working with usability, customer-focused design and product optimisation
  • Well-developed analytical, prioritisation, negotiation and project management skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
