About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead on the creation of our analytical reports for specific Portfolio Solutions
- Ensure accuracy of the data and keeping within our Key Performance Indicators for quality, accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to queries within agreed appropriate time frames from both internal and external stakeholders
- Implement validation & reconciliation exercises with the data produced.
- Produce ad hoc reports or data enrichment tasks as required
- Attend regular Insurer Partner meetings
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of the team’s intranet pages.
- Other tasks as directed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally prior experience working at a broker or insurance company dealing with commercial and/or general lines insurances
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Competent on Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Good attention to detail
- Articulate and confident self-starter with an analytical mind-set.
