About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans.
  • Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs.
  • Resolve and oversees customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions, and products.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the organization and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
  • Monitor the retention of business and generates new business.
  • Help establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and monitors implementation.
  • Ensure the success of relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 10+ years of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
  • Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.
  • Active Property & Casualty License CPCU, ARM or other insurance designations a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
