About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Account Management and Sales teams, ensuring the clients’ needs and expectations are met
  • Coordinate and complete the marketing process for new and renewal group business by compiling data, soliciting quotes, monitoring bid requests, corresponding with vendors and preparing complex cost sheets
  • Support the process for issuing and managing certificates of insurance
  • Prepare client communication materials used in strategic planning, renewal and/or quarterly reviews, finalist presentations, as well as any other client facing interactions during the year

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage environment
  • Very effective oral and written communication skills as well as client relationship building skills
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of employment
  • A college degree in Risk Management, Business or another related program is a plus (not required)
  • Some experience with Applied Epic is a plus (not required)
