About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design intuitive user experiences for internal applications and analytics platforms.
- Create end-to-end workflows, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Translate business and user needs into thoughtful, user-centered digital design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver technically sound solutions.
- Build and maintain interface designs, reusable components, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Support developer handoff and ensure design intent is carried through implementation.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- A portfolio demonstrating product design and user-centered workflow experience.
