About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including follow-up for quality assurance, maintenance, and reports
- Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
- Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
- Provide support to team and comply with procedures
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate College Degree
- Minimum 2 - 3 years administrative support or customer service background, preferably in commercial lines insurance
- Obtain Property & Casualty broker’s license within 1 year
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with or ability to learn proprietary applications/databases (e.g., Mdoc & MART)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
- Deep attention to details required
- Sturdy organizational/multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
