About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development, articulation, and implementation of strategic plans and operational initiatives across the Practice.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Practice Leadership Team, driving agendas that support key objectives.
- Execute projects aligned with practice's strategic priorities and leverage resources across the firm.
- Facilitate purposeful leadership and team meetings, ensuring strategic priorities are clearly communicated.
- Oversee organization and execution of team events aligning them with strategic goals.
- Coordinate and manage global projects supporting practice's strategic direction and operational framework.
- Work in partnership with finance to develop and track investments, ensuring efficient budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with talent management to set strategic recruiting goals and drive employee retention analyses.
- Support client and team requests, working collaboratively with other departments to address challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze and enhance practice's commercial effectiveness through strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional quantitative skills
- Familiarity with generative AI and work-optimization tools
- Proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Keen sense for identifying business opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives.
