About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, articulation, and implementation of strategic plans and operational initiatives across the Practice.
Act as a strategic partner to the Practice Leadership Team, driving agendas that support key objectives.
Execute projects aligned with practice's strategic priorities and leverage resources across the firm.
Facilitate purposeful leadership and team meetings, ensuring strategic priorities are clearly communicated.
Oversee organization and execution of team events aligning them with strategic goals.
Coordinate and manage global projects supporting practice's strategic direction and operational framework.
Work in partnership with finance to develop and track investments, ensuring efficient budgeting processes.
Collaborate with talent management to set strategic recruiting goals and drive employee retention analyses.
Support client and team requests, working collaboratively with other departments to address challenges and opportunities.
Analyze and enhance practice's commercial effectiveness through strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services
Strong storytelling and communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Exceptional quantitative skills
Familiarity with generative AI and work-optimization tools
Proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Keen sense for identifying business opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives.
