About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clients in the design, execution, analysis, and results interpretation of various employee listening projects including employee engagement surveys, total rewards surveys, interviews, and focus groups
  • Work collaboratively within a team to design survey content, conduct survey data analyses, and create "the data-based story" that draws on insights from the data/research findings for clients
  • Translate the employee experience data we collect on behalf of clients into strategic recommendations that drive organizational performance and long‑term talent goals
  • Assist with client management and sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fully bilingual (English/French) capabilities
  • Undergraduate degree or higher
  • 2 or more years of related experience (employee research/employee experience/engagement or other transferrable skills in human resources/talent development, client management)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven client/customer experience would be an asset, creative problem-solving abilities and proven business acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable assisting with business development/sales responsibilities
