About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients in the design, execution, analysis, and results interpretation of various employee listening projects including employee engagement surveys, total rewards surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Work collaboratively within a team to design survey content, conduct survey data analyses, and create "the data-based story" that draws on insights from the data/research findings for clients
- Translate the employee experience data we collect on behalf of clients into strategic recommendations that drive organizational performance and long‑term talent goals
- Assist with client management and sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully bilingual (English/French) capabilities
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- 2 or more years of related experience (employee research/employee experience/engagement or other transferrable skills in human resources/talent development, client management)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven client/customer experience would be an asset, creative problem-solving abilities and proven business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable assisting with business development/sales responsibilities
