Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients
  • Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire
  • Additional qualifications (a plus but not required): Bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months)
