About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead routine client engagements managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewal, business placement
- Review data analyses conducted by junior staff to ensure actuarial soundness
- Perform and review complex analyses and cost projections using Excel, SAS, and other software
- Draft and review client reports or presentations to summarize findings and recommend strategies or solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field required
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an actuarial field
- Proven progress to obtaining your ASA designation
- Client facing experience
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong programming skills in R and Python
