Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on complex technology and transformation initiatives.
Lead complex technology transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation.
Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior business and executive stakeholders.
Design solution and enterprise architectures that support long-term business objectives.
Advise clients on cloud, AI, platform, and DevOps strategies.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions in large, complex organisations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale technology transformation.
Deep expertise in modern technology landscapes, particularly AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and DevOps.
Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable advisory role.
Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of large organisational environments and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology topics to non-technical audiences.
Business-fluent German is essential; excellent written and spoken English is required.
Experience in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, or Energy is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe.
