About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be a liaison between product, underwriting, and technology teams to support property insurance products and their associated applications
- Understand our business and technology environments, applications, and processes to gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements
- Communicate with external and internal customers to analyze current issues and deliver solutions and guidance
- Perform or coordinate testing, track bugs and change requests, and help triage production issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience in product, underwriting, or similar role
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency with technology and working with large amounts of information; proficiency in Word and Excel
