Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally you'll have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within insurance / customer service / administration
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
  • Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
