Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for servicing both new & existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products
Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients
Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times
Demonstrate adaptability skills to support colleagues in business critical tasks
Develop meaningful working relationships with insurer partners
Have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance we offer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally you'll have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within insurance / customer service / administration
Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
