About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business development and client acquisition efforts.
- Maintain and expand a mid-sized book of business containing larger or nuanced Property & Casualty accounts across various industries.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development within Property & Casualty insurance or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data and client needs into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and deliver solutions effectively.
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products, market trends, and proposal development.
