About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform consultative selling to mid-market companies.
- Focus on the growth and development of a profitable book of business.
- Assessment and recommendation of appropriate Employee Health & Benefit services and solutions.
- Retention and satisfaction of existing clientele.
- New client production.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in prospecting and outside B2B (business-to-business) selling.
- Proven track record in being able to ask the right questions to foster credibility quickly while at the same time gaining a sense of how to best align our offerings with the client.
- Experience in the midmarket - companies with (50 - 1000 employees).
- Ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders, including C-Suite business partners.
- Must be assertive - yet consultative.
- BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Prior industry experience strongly desirable.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce a plus
