About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team
- Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process
- Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards
- Manage month-end / quarter-end Bank reconciliation processes:
- Daily matching Clearing open items
- Coordinating with controllers and other functional teams to clear open items
- Bank reconciliations Accruals
- Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
- Managing audit requirements
- Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts if needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commerce Graduate with 4+ years of work experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to deal with multiple formats of data & large volumes of data
- Good communication skills
- Must have worked on Oracle/ERP
- Must be keen to learn.
