About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, articulation, and implementation of strategic plans and operational initiatives across the Practice.
Act as a strategic partner to the Practice Leadership Team, driving agendas that support key objectives.
Execute projects aligned with practice's strategic priorities, leveraging resources and expertise from across the firm.
Facilitate leadership and team meetings, ensuring agendas are purposeful and strategic priorities are communicated.
Develop and draft insightful internal communications and comprehensive business cases.
Oversee the organization and execution of team events to align with strategic goals.
Coordinate and manage global projects that support the Practice's strategic direction and operational framework.
Work in partnership with finance and practice leadership for budgeting processes and financial analysis.
Collaborate with talent management for strategic recruiting goals and managing performance review processes.
Analyze and enhance the practice's commercial effectiveness and support client/team requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services
strong storytelling and communication skills
proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
exceptional quantitative skills
familiarity with generative AI and work-optimization tools
proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
keen sense for identifying business opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives
