Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the complete lifecycle of a reinsurance contract for your assigned accounts
Draft the contract language to reflect the intent of the reinsurance negotiations
Build relationships with reinsurance brokers and clients
Provide reinsurance contract analysis either independently or in collaboration with the Global Contract Consultant team
Support the development of our team for future success
Lead and/or collaborate with colleagues to complete projects on behalf of the Contracts Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of reinsurance experience
Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field
Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
