About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Consulting to develop and execute strategies to help mid-market clients control health care costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through analytic-based state of the art innovations.
  • Consulting with self-funded employers, as well as supporting the development and growth of our clinical consulting capabilities.
  • Performing project-defined healthcare data analysis, strategic analysis and clinical consulting from a clinical and population health perspective.
  • Participating in initiatives related to our PATH team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience delivering clinical consultant services to clients, preferably in a health care consulting or brokerage environment, health insurance carrier or a provider system.
  • Candidates must have RN, BSN with documented clinical experience.
  • Ability to present recommended strategies with an ability to influence across various levels of the stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the dynamics of group health benefits design.
  • Demonstrated applied work experience combining healthcare and business knowledge to population health management, occupational health & safety management and/or healthcare quality and operations management.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
