Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic consulting combining capital markets and corporate balance-sheet optimization in the context of occupational pensions (bAV)
Broad advisory flexibility across the solution portfolio, including Buy-In, Buy-Out, Contractual Trust Arrangements (CTA), pension funds or combined solutions
Development and commercialisation of new advisory approaches across the investment process for corporate occupational pensions (strategy, governance, implementation, execution)
Lead and expand existing client relationships in the corporate segment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant professional experience in the investment process of German institutional investors (e.g., CTAs or pension funds), including ALM, implementation of mandates and risk management
Interest in the various German occupational pension (bAV) implementation routes; in-depth knowledge is an advantage
Understanding of the accounting and tax framework for German occupational pensions and institutional investment (for example: use of specialised funds (Spezialfonds), accounting for pension liabilities, PSV contributions)
Experience with regulatory requirements and their influence on investment decisions is an advantage
Enjoyment of advisory work and collaborative problem-solving on forward-looking investment challenges for institutional investors
Existing network with institutional pension investors
Experience in project management
Consulting and sales affinity with a confident manner
Excellent German and English language skills
Openness and team orientation
