Client Representative – Business Insurance

Key responsibilities & impact- Provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients
- Balance the workload of your own book of business while supporting larger and more complex accounts of the client service team
- Work independently and on a team
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients
- Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field (a plus but not required)
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months)
