About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather current coverage information from prospects
  • Evaluate and analyze data and prepare comprehensive risk evaluations
  • Review and interpret carrier contract language to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations
  • Work with Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Client Advisors (CAs) as appropriate
  • Negotiate with primarily multiple HNW insurance carriers
  • Generate referrals from your COIs
  • Meet new business development goals and forecasting
  • Use Salesforce to complete funnel and other internal information tracking reports
  • Use the EPIC Agency Management System in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and there is compliance with all internal policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 years of directly related business development/client service experience
  • Successful Sales and Risk Consultant experience with high-net-worth clients essential
  • P&C licensed and HNW personal lines insurance experience necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
