About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop business and client relationships
  • Generate revenue through new client development and expand relationships with mid-to-large organizations
  • Lead client conversations about how AI and automation can unlock value
  • Create solution proposals that combine HR strategy, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Demonstrate and market expertise in HR transformation and AI enablement
  • Deliver client engagements end-to-end
  • Manage project economics, ensuring projects are delivered according to project scope on time and within budget
  • Mentor junior consultants in modern HR practices, analytics, and AI adoption
  • Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development and go-to-market collateral that integrates AI-driven HR transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology or similar)
  • Minimum 8 years of external consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects
  • At least 10 years of program management experience on large-scale, multi-stream projects
  • Deep HR domain expertise
  • Strong content knowledge in at least three of: AI-enablement, HR strategy, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, HR operating models, process redesign, and employee experience
  • Hands-on experience with core HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Experience with shared services platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing digital automation (RPA), conversational AI/chatbots, and analytics or machine learning solutions in HR contexts
  • Practical knowledge of generative AI/LLMs
  • Proven track record in business development, financial scoping, proposal writing, and presenting to executive stakeholders
