Key responsibilities & impact

Helps clients promote their total rewards programs and increase employee engagement.
Develops and manages client relationships.
Sells client projects that focus on developing and delivering change management and communication strategies, engagement and implementation plans.
Performs project management duties including developing and maintaining project plans, overseeing budgets, coordinating team activities, and participating in and facilitating meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in English, business, organizational effectiveness, communication, journalism, human resources or related field of study.
10+ years’ experience in a human resources consulting environment with proven ability to manage projects and to generate revenue by acquiring new clients, and experience managing and developing a team of professionals.
At least 3 years' experience writing corporate internal HR communications, such as compensation, benefits, and policies and/or applicable experience; excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with proven expertise in technical, marketing and persuasive writing.
At least 5 years’ proven track record of large complex sales.
