Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end workers’ compensation and injury management claims
- Strong knowledge of state/territory workers’ compensation and RTW legislation and insurer requirements
- Proven stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Proficiency with case management systems and HRIS
- Tertiary qualification or diploma in a related field
- Completion of workers’ compensation/rehabilitation or injury management training
