About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to execution and management of clients projects delivery in line with strategic directions
  • Perform analysis and develop client ready reports
  • Prepare presentation and templates using project management tools
  • Estimate hours for the project team and prepare timelines for project milestones
  • Contribute and advise Remuneration Committees and HR Directors on reward strategy, shareholder consultation, corporate governance, pay regulation, ESG regulation and practices
  • Assist with the drafting of Director’s Remuneration Reports, providing pay and benefits benchmarking
  • Prioritize project activities to manage the workload and meet project deadlines
  • Work closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
  • Conduct client interviews, facilitate focus groups, and deliver training
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitive total rewards offerings
  • Support Senior Colleagues in the development of commercial proposals
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products and services
  • Support in developing the business and the intellectual capital of the Reward Practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in economics, Organization, Management, Engineering or similar
  • At least 3/5 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with focus on Rewards and Compensation
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proven experience in client facing roles and attitude to collaborate and working with a cooperative approach
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services
  • Any experience interacting with C-suite executives would be considered a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
