About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a crucial role in supporting our project management and marketing operations team
Assist in the communication, development, and execution of marketing projects across the national team
Assist in building out, scoping, kicking off, and launching cross functional marketing campaigns
Manage assigned projects through completion and launch
Support in the management of project management platform (Wrike), including AI components and reporting
Document marketing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and assist in automating manual tasks
Assist in coordination across various teams within MarComm
Support company-wide strategic initiatives directly impacting company goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate within a year of graduation
Working towards a bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or marketing related field of study
Competitive academic standing
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with internal associates and any prospective or existing clients
Results oriented with demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision
Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast-paced environment
