Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years’ experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company, preferably in an Account Manager position or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers
Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines
Dialing into the details, ensuring accuracy of the minute details of a project or task
Interpreting complex documents, such as insurance policies with multiple coverages, detailed applications and proposals.
Reviewing and presenting renewal proposals to clients (written, verbal, in person meetings, etc.)
Computer proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and navigating Agency Management Systems
Experience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contracts
Ability to work on a fast paced, high volume, and high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude
