Partner Talent Management Lead
Marsh McLennanPartner Talent Management Lead driving talent strategy and performance management for the IMEA region at Oliver Wyman. Collaborating with senior leadership and managing partner onboarding and development processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end administration of the Partner Review Cycle for the IMEA region.
- Act as career advisor for Partners and maintain partner performance and talent data.
- Collaborate with Partner Development Council and Learning & Development teams to design tailored programs.
- Lead regional coordination and execution of the Partner Review Committee process.
- Manage Partner performance management processes, including mid-year feedback and year-end reviews.
- Own the onboarding and integration experience for new Partners.
- Provide input on Partner employment relations matters, including exit negotiations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in partner-level talent strategy, talent operations, performance management, and coaching within professional services or consulting firms.
- Strong business acumen and partnership capabilities.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of analyzing datasets relating to Partner performance.
- Proven ability to develop and execute senior-level talent strategies.
- Trusted advisor to senior leadership with skills in influencing and building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Experience in managing senior-level talent pipelines and succession planning.
- Experienced in leading performance review committees.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
