About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices while maintaining robust security for a variety of engagement types
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions that directly address client needs
Maintain accurate project forecasts for assigned workstream, monitor delivery progress, and communicate timelines, risks, and expectations to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain leads to ensure seamless delivery
Develop and deliver thought leadership content and intellectual property, such as knowledge sharing sessions, enablement guides, and best practice materials
Contribute as a subject matter expert for sales and delivery, supporting solution architecture, demonstrations, client presentations, and scoping estimates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM
5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant
3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM at the level of a subject matter expert
Strong subject matter expertise of Workday architecture, security, and best practices
Proven ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
