What you’ll need

Investment background and highly numerate with an analytical mind-set
Adaptable self-starter able to work with sophisticated clients
Fluency in the four sub-strategies of real estate
Knowledge of fund structures and terms across real estate landscape
Ability to support and advise consulting colleagues on alternatives topics
